The Chicago Council’s Young Professionals (YP) program series brings together under-40 Chicagoans, from diverse academic, professional, and cultural backgrounds, who want to network and discuss current or “hot” global issues. YP programs take place in downtown Chicago at boutique hotels like The James, and featured experts are “interviewed,” often by local journalists or rising corporate leaders. Following the interview, audience members have an opportunity to ask questions.

The Chicago Council also offers a Young Professional membership that provides access to the full range of individual membership benefits.  In addition, YP membership includes:

• Admission for you and one guest to YP programs and most other public programs for $10 each (half off the individual member price)
• FREE admission for you to most GOAt series programs
• Access to special programs exclusively for YP members
• A one-year subscription to Time Out Chicago (a $9.99 value). If you are currently a Time Out Chicago subscriber, your subscription will be automatically extended for an additional year.
